From Béthune to Grand gabarit

A brief diversion towards Béthune, headquarters of "Waterways of France". A very long time ago, Béthune was connected to the Lys by a development to the Law carried out by Charles Quint in 1500. A very early lock is still visible at the confluence of the Gorgue.
