CENTRE-WEST BASINS

The "Green Venice" on one side, the Charente on the other.
Both are connected only to the ocean and can be discovered from the sea (the Charente is nevertheless very well provided with boats for hire).
The region is not short of tourist attractions and the banks, which are fragrant with mint, offer unforgettable wild stopovers.
