From Port-Saint-Louis to Golfe de Fos

This little canal allows the Gulf of Fos to be reached from the Rhône, avoiding the open sea. Also, it is better to leave the Rhône before reaching the Mediterranean, because beyond Port Saint-Louis-du-Rhône, the last part of the river is neither marked nor surveyed.
